About me

Hi!  Thanks for visiting stopping by, I hope you find some inspiration here.  My name is Jackie Santos and I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist.  I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2007.

I started this blog as a way to further explore my interest in children’s health, nutrition, my love of cooking and inspiring myself and other with some healthy “sparks”.

Usually I’m writing about recipes but sometimes I share our adventures in healthy eating, or wellness articles that I find that are relevant.

  • We have and small Quail Eggs family bussiness since year 2000 in south Florida, and we would like to know more about how good are Quail eggs for children. If you send us your adress I promice to send you back some Quail Eggs(free of course).

    • Thank you for your comment Jaime. With their omega-3 fatty acids, choline, and B vitamins, quail eggs are a great choice for children and their developing brains. I would be happy to write an article with details about quail egg healthy benefits and review you eggs if you would like to send me some!

    Just wanted to give you a shout out of encouragement. I stop by your blog every once in a while after our mutual friend Andrea Raymond posted the link on Facebook.

    I have a 20-month old who goes to daycare and we pack a lunch for her every day. Your ideas are fantastic and refreshing. Keep up the good work!
