Hi! Thanks for visiting my website, I hope you find some inspiration here. My name is Jackie Santos and I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2007.
I started this blog as a way to further explore my interest in children’s health, nutrition, my love of cooking and basically keep me out of trouble while I stay at home to raise my two beautiful kids. Usually I’m writing about recipes but sometimes I share our adventures in healthy eating, or wellness articles that I find that are relevant.
